My before and after from the challenge!
Starting weight was 96kgs and this morning i weighed in at 87.9 total weight loss is 8.1
Starting waist circumference was 94cm ending is 88cm
Starting hip circumference was 94cms ending is 89cms
I’m very happy with those numbers!
I’m not sure about body fat % as I’ve not had the chance to get one recently.
Edit : end weight is 87.4kgs
